Evaluating the impact of THET's information service

We worked with THET (the Tropical Health and Education Trust) to evaluate the impact of the information service they provide to health professionals co-ordinating partnerships between hospitals in the UK and Developing Countries. Using the findings from our research – a blend of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews – we were able to provide THET with both practical recommendations to improve the quality and accessibility of the service, and strategic advice to clarify the future direction of the organisation’s work.

“It has been a pleasure working with Fiveways. They very quickly understood the organisation and helped us to think through the questions we needed to ask and how best to ask them. Their final report was ideal as it included both practical recommendations we can implement straight away and strategic recommendations that have prompted a wider review of our approach. I would recommend Fiveways to any charity seeking to understand the impact of their projects and services. Their considered and intelligent approach kept the project focussed and provided valuable insight for the organisation.”
